Broadly, the course covers the following knowledge areas.

  • Checking the intended installation sites.
  • The gas connection and supply pipes
  • Securing the appliance correctly
  • Ventilation requirements
  • Tightness testing
  • Gas rating & operating pressures
  • Commissioning and testing the appliances
  • Unsafe situations
  • Other ‘site specific’ checks and tests

 

This assessment package usually follows our Commercial Catering Training day and is usually completed in 1-1.5 days.
