Description

COMCAT Groups 4 Catering Appliances, as the titles suggest provides for what you’ll need to know in order to safely install, service and repair Fish and Chip Ranges. 

This assessment takes approximately half a day to complete, with theory and practical assessments fitted within timescales. This is for traditionally known 'chip shop' ranges. Anyone doing 'initial' assessments must have mandatory training in addition.
